Serving with Dignity
OUR MISSION
Junta for Progressive Action is committed to providing culturally responsive social services, education, and advocacy to New Haven County's Hispanic and immigrant communities. We believe every person deserves access to services in their language, from people who understand their culture — without judgment, without barriers.
OUR VISION
A Greater New Haven where every resident — regardless of language, documentation status, or background — has full access to opportunity, dignity, and community.
OUR VALUES
Dignity: Every person is met with respect, without judgment or barriers.
Community: We are rooted in Fair Haven and committed to the people who call it home.
Resilience: We don't just respond to crises — we build strength that outlasts them.
Cultural Pride: Our Puerto Rican roots are a source of strength, not something to apologize for.
