Social Services

Our case managers are Latinas, many of whom are from the neighborhoods we serve. Junta’s case management team uniquely equips participants with information on the conditions that enable poverty and social exclusion and pair this understanding with access to bilingual and culturally-relevant programs and services that advance each participant’s professional and leadership capacity.

Through our culturally responsive approach, our case management services offer community members support in navigating and obtaining access to critical resources. Our team is available to help our participants’ access State and/or Federal benefits as well as non-governmental programs (for a complete list of services, read below).
